Please read important information before attending training.

Players, parents and guardians are asked NOT to attend sessions if they have tested positive for Covid-19, a member of their household or bubble has tested positive or they show any symptoms of Covid-19. Please can we also request you to let us know if your child has been asked to self-isolate by their school, a sports club or any other venue / track and trace. Please can you provide us with the dates they will be self-isolating from and to. Please ensure this is emailed to this address. The Government and Academy policy is anyone who has come into close contact with someone with Covid-19, must self-isolate for a period of 10 days. Until this date, your child must stay at home and, if they have no Covid-19 symptoms and are well at the end of the 10-day period of self-isolation, they can then return to usual activities, including training at the Academy. Even if you arrange a test for your child and it is negative, your child must remain at home until the 10-day isolation has expired, because symptoms could still show themselves at 10 days. If your child is not experiencing symptoms but has tested positive for Covid-19, self-isolate for at least 10 days, starting from the day the test was taken. If your child develops symptoms during this isolation period, restart their 10-day isolation from the day they developed symptoms. Please also see below: Please keep Covid protocols such as use of hand sanitiser and maintaining social distance (please bring your own supply of hand sanitiser). Please arrive changed and ready to play as all indoor changing facilities should not be used. Players, please refrain from sharing any equipment i.e. water bottles / towels, and also refrain from touching court equipment i.e. net posts and net winders. A face covering will be required when entering the Northumberland Club clubhouse (exemptions apply). Players should not shake hands or high five. Can we please ask parents to ensure children are taken to their court for squads and not dropped off in the car park, as the car park can be busy and we want to ensure children arrive safely for their sessions. If players are indoors, please enter and exit the Academy via the one-way-system. Can we again, respectfully request, parents to drop their children off at the entrance of the building and do not sit to watch the squad sessions in an effort to limit the number of people in the building at any time. At the end of squads, coaches will bring the players to the exit of the centre, where parents should wait OUTSIDE to collect their children. Coaches will also wait at the entrance at the start of squads to escort the players into the building. On the outside courts, entry to courts 4, 5 and 6 will be via court 4 and the exit via court 6. May we also take this opportunity to remind everyone to keep socially distanced from other parents / players / families when dropping off and collecting your child and adhere to the current social restrictions. We look forward to seeing you back on court! Many thanks and take care
