Adam Hillerby

I started playing tennis at a young age and have played to a national level, representing Yorkshire and Newcastle University. I believe my experience competing to a high level has laid the foundations to help further as a performance coach. 

My coaching pathway began at David Lloyd Leeds, where I attained my qualifications in 2019. Subsequently, I went on to run the Leeds City Council park tennis programme working with all ages and abilities. I moved to Newcastle in 2020 to study economics and shortly afterwards I joined the coaching team. 

The Academy enables players to fully maximise their potential by training with enthusiastic and experienced coaches and play with other players on a similar journey to them. I take pleasure in helping determined players achieve their goals in tennis.
